TERMS OF SERVICE

1. NATURE OF SERVICE
tRobot.online (hereinafter "the Provider") is an IT company providing access to proprietary algorithmic software. The Provider is not a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager.
2. SOFTWARE LICENSE
The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for automating technical analysis and execution. The User acknowledges that:
The software is provided "as is".
The User is solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
Leverage Disclosure: Certain software modes require 1:100 (Conservative) or 1:2000 (Aggressive) leverage. Choosing these modes is the User's deliberate technical decision.
3. USER CONTROL & SAFETY
Kill Switch: The User has the primary right and technical ability to disable the software at any time via the "tRobot OFF/ON" button.
No Access to Funds: The Provider has no technical means to withdraw, transfer, or hold User funds.
Multi-Level Protection: We utilize the industry-standard 2FA. Access to your settings and algorithms is protected by a second factor of authentication, which eliminates unauthorized access even in the event of a password compromise.
4. FEES & PAYMENTS
The User agrees to pay a Service Fee (Success Fee) for software maintenance and cloud infrastructure.
Invoices are generated based on synchronized performance data. Failure to pay may lead to software deactivation.
Billing Entity: Invoicing and payment services are provided by our partner, Xolo OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia).
5. RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading involves significant risk. The use of high leverage (1:2000) can lead to rapid total loss of funds. The Provider is not liable for any financial losses resulting from market volatility or software use.
