REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Services Provided

tRobot.online provides services including technical support, provision of cloud computing resources (VPS), and optimization of software algorithms based on a "Performance-Based Service Fee" (Success Fee) model. By paying this fee, the User confirms that the technical objectives of the software have been fulfilled in their entirety and that the software suite functioned correctly throughout the entire billing period.

2. No Refunds Based on Trading Results

The User understands and agrees that the Service Fee (Success Fee) constitutes payment for technical maintenance services actually rendered during a completed (past) period. No refunds shall be issued based on:

  • Future changes in market conditions;

  • Subsequent trading losses on the User’s personal brokerage account;

  • Changes in the User’s trading strategy or personal preferences.

3. Fulfillment of Service

In accordance with international e-commerce standards regarding digital services and content, the service is deemed fully rendered at the moment the invoice is calculated and issued based on the recorded software performance metrics for the period. By paying the invoice, the User confirms receipt of the service and unconditionally waives the right to a refund or chargeback, as the digital maintenance and access to computing resources have already been provided in full.

4. Finality of Payment

All payments made to tRobot.online as a Service Fee are final and non-refundable. Any technical inquiries or claims regarding software performance must be brought to the attention of the support team prior to the payment of the issued invoice. The act of payment signifies the User's complete and unconditional satisfaction with the quality and technical results of the software's performance for the reporting period.

5. Resolution of Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors during transaction processing (e.g., erroneous duplicate transactions), the User is required to contact the billing department at support@trobot.online within 7 (seven) calendar days of the transaction date. We commit to reviewing the request and promptly resolving any technical discrepancies in the calculations.
