TSS OFFER: ADVISORY SERVICES AGREEMENT

Effective Date: October 01, 2024

This Agreement is an offer from trobot.online (the «Contractor») to provide additional monitoring and advisory services for trading accounts under the «tRobot Safety System» (TSS) program.

1. Subject of Agreement

1.1. trobot.online service provides additional monitoring and advisory services for the Customer's trading account in high-risk situations.

The service is voluntary, paid, and activated on the terms of a monthly subscription.

2. Service Delivery

2.1. Contractor performs technical monitoring of the Customer's trading account.

Activation Trigger: Expert actions begin strictly when the floating drawdown reaches 60% (sixty percent) or higher.
Depending on the plan (Standard, Business, Premium), information is provided via notifications to pause trading, step-by-step instructions, or personal real-time advisory support.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. No Management: The Contractor is NOT an account manager. Final decisions rest solely with the Customer.

Advisory Nature: All advice and plans are recommendations only. Preservation of capital is not guaranteed.
