tRobot Safety System (TSS) is an additional monitoring and expert recommendation service provided during periods of elevated market risk. Even the most advanced algorithms can encounter unpredictable market volatility ("black swans").

The Customer may choose one of the following subscription levels, payable monthly:

• Standard Guard ($5/mo): Instant signal to manual stop at 60% drawdown.
• Business Support ($20/mo): Step-by-step action plan on which positions to manage.
• Premium Concierge ($50/mo): Individual chat with an analyst and account management until crisis exit.

We perform technical monitoring of the User's trading account.

• Activation Trigger: Individual expert actions begin strictly when the floating drawdown reaches 60% or more.
• Disclaimer: We are not account managers. All final decisions (e.g., clicking the ON/OFF buttons in the Personal Cabinet) are made exclusively by the User.
• Recommendations: Any plans or signals are strictly recommendations based on current market data, without a 100% guarantee of deposit safety.

The Customer commits to ensuring the technical availability (Internet, Telegram) to receive prompt recommendations.

• The service fee is automatically deducted monthly as a subscription.
• The Customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, but the service is considered fully rendered for the current paid month.

We want to ensure complete transparency regarding the TSS service.
